Quick answer
Write to contact@ai-candyshorts.run for corrections, missing series or questions about this guide. We answer corrections fast, usually with a page update. We cannot help with Candy.ai accounts, billing, refunds or cancellations, because we do not run Candy.ai. For those, contact Candy support, which you can reach through the Candy.ai website.
How to reach us
Email contact@ai-candyshorts.run. There is no contact form, no account and no sign-up. We reply by email.
What to send us
Corrections are the most useful thing you can send. A price, token cost or rule may have changed on Candy.ai since we checked, and we want to know.
- The page address on this site.
- What looks wrong, and what you see on Candy.ai instead.
- The date you saw it, and a screenshot if you have one.
We check the change on Candy.ai and update the page. If we cannot confirm it, we say so on the page rather than guess.
Curious what the fuss is about? Episode 1 of Taking Care of My Stepmom plays free on Candy.ai.

We reply by email, open Candy.ai and check the point ourselves. If you are right, we fix the page and change the date we checked. Every price on our pages carries that date, so a difference between our figure and Candy’s is often just a recent change. That is exactly what we want to hear about.
What we cannot help with
This is an independent fan guide, not Candy.ai. We have no access to Candy accounts, payments or logins, so we cannot cancel a plan, refund a charge, restore tokens or fix a login problem. Please contact Candy support for those.
To learn how we work, read our about page. For what this site collects, see the privacy policy.
